First level control information

The Republic of Slovenia has chosen a centralised control system. Expenditure of project partners from Slovenia will thus have to be checked and confirmed by the following body:

Ministry of Economic Development and Technology
Regional Development and European Territorial Cooperation Directorate
Financial Control Sector – ETC, IPA and IFM programmes
Dunajska 58
1000 Ljubljana

Mr Tadej Baškovič
Dunajska 58
SI-1000 Ljubljana

Phone: +386 1 3201 413
Fax: +386 1 3201 301
E-mail: tadej.baskovic@gov.si

The above-mentioned body will perform the first level control free of charge to Slovenian project partners.

Specific requirements relating to the reporting of the shared costs for Slovenian partners

Slovenia will only allow the first way of reporting shared costs (certain budget costs which are covered by more than one project partner; they should be limited) as defined in point 5 of Reporting shared costs under chapter 4.3.3. of the INTERREG IVC Programme Manual (Part of the Application Pack. Intended to assist applicants in drafting applications, as well as in implementing and finalising the approved operations) , i.e. “the partners pay their shares of the cost to the responsible partner and after reimbursement include expenditure (the related share) in their financial report, which is then validated by their controller”.

Further information

Guidelines for reporting for Slovenian partners participating in INTERREG IVC projects have been published on the Slovenian Government Office for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy website.
