Assistance to applicants

The main tool for project developers is the Programme Manual (Part of the Application Pack. Intended to assist applicants in drafting applications, as well as in implementing and finalising the approved operations) , available for download below. This 'bible' provides detailed information on the requirements for INTERREG IVC projects, not only in development but throughout the lifetime of the project.

You can also download a copy of a sample application form, to help your preparation before a call opens. This is for reference only - the application form provided during an open call will be in Microsoft Excel, and may differ from this sample.

We assist applicants in preparing their project proposals. Depending on what kind of information you are looking for, we organise different types of events. Please check the calendar for upcoming events. We also give feedback on your project ideas through an assistance form (at any time) or via individual consultations (during open calls).  In case you are searching for partners or would like to join a project in preparation, visit the Project Idea Database.

 Information events

National information days provide general information about the programme. Potential applicants and lead applicants are welcome.

Partner search events, such as Interregional Cooperation (Part of the C strand of the ETC (as well as of the former Interreg III Community Initiative), its aim is to promote exchange and transfer of knowledge and best ...) Forums, enable applicants to exchange ideas, meet potential partners or join other projects in preparation.

Lead applicant seminars help Lead Applicants develop their project ideas and to prepare the application form. These take place when a call is open for proposals.

 Project assistance form

Lead applicants can receive feedback on their project idea and its relevance to the programme. To do so, please submit a project assistance form to the information point (a body constituted in order to provide information as well as to promote the programme in a defined area) in your area. In this form, the lead applicant outlines the aims of the project, its link to the policy level, possible partners, and planned activities. Project assistance forms can be submitted to information points throughout the year.

 Individual consultations

Lead applicants can also discuss a project idea with project advisers of the programme. We will try to find answers to your questions. We offer consultations at information events and during consultation days.
