Application process

How to apply ?

We publish calls for proposals on our website and inform you via the mailing list. A call is open for approximately three months, but it is good to start developing the project even earlier.

Idea generation (at least half a year before the end of the call)
• your needs and/or experiences lead you to a project idea
• find out about running and past projects on a similar theme not to reinvent the wheel
• check if your project idea fits to the programme

 Partner search
• search for partners

• check the eligibility of partners: in case of doubt turn to the national contact points
• Meet the partners and work on the project idea
• check if your project idea fits to the programme (if not done earlier)

 Writing the application
• start filling in the application form
• participate in a lead applicant seminar
• have an individual consultation with the programme’s project advisers

 Final stage (last month before the call closes)
• finalise the application form
• ask an external person to read your application and give feedback
• collect the co-financing statements from the partners
